Automotive Heat Resistant Composites
For more than 20 years Alpha Engineered Composites has provided innovative materials to meet the evolving challenges of today’s vehicles. Alpha’s automotive composites protect against conductive, convective and radiant heat. These materials have been rigorously tested and approved by all the major automotive manufacturers and are typically used in fabricated sleeves or die-cut heat shields. Alpha Automotive products utilize the highest performance pressure sensitive adhesives available to both adhere to low surface energy components and stand up to extreme engine temperatures and the harshest automotive fluids. Applications include power steering lines, air conditioning hoses, wire harnesses, flexible brake tubing and fuel delivery systems.
